Kelly Scott Frady is the President & CEO of Frady Tree Care He is third generation with over 35 years experience in the arboriculture field. In the year 2000, he had a vision and goal to establish and expand his knowledge of tree care to serving residential, commercial, and government customers to all Southeast states in U.S. Frady, a passionate student of tree biology, has studied the scientific method of tree genetics. In 2000, he mastered and received accreditation the title of Certified Arborist from the International Society of Arboriculture, which less than 1% of the U.S. population has attained. Kelly Scott Frady was born on May 8, 1963 in Lexington, NC. In 1982, he graduated from Lexington Senior High School and enlisted in the United States Marine Corp, in which, he served his country for four years. While serving in the Marine Corp, Frady received an Associates Degree as an Electronic Technician. In 1987, Frady enrolled at the Dale Carnegie School of Training for Leaders. Maximizing his skills along with the vision to take his organization to a whole new level, birthed a new growth in his professional career. Frady has been quoted, “The skills, along with my passionate vision of leading an organization and investing in society were sharpened and activated through the Dale Carnegie School of Training and the USMC.” Frady is also an avid student of the word of God. He is the associate pastor at the Lexington Church of God in Lexington, NC. In 2002, he received the Exhorter’s license from the Church of God headquarters in Cleveland, TN. Then, in 2003, Frady achieved another milestone by receiving his Ordained Minister’s license from the Church of God headquarters in Cleveland, TN. Kelly Scott Frady is a unique professional leader in our society today. His vision of leading a professional service oriented tree care company into the Southeast markets of Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, and Louisiana has come to pass. His goal is to invest in society for economic growth and individuals that work hard to achieve a career in excellence. Frady has a heartbeat, along with a plaque in his office that says, “Leaders develop Leaders, not followers.” Frady’s goals have proven successful. He established the first satellite office of Frady Tree Care in Pensacola, FL in 2004. He is an active member/consultant/speaker for the International Society of Arboriculture, Tree Care Industry of America, and local North Carolina Urban Forestry Council chapters. |
